Aqua combi is a mix of aqua fitness, aqua aerobics and aqua steps, combined with elements of aqua jogging. The goals of this workout are to improve your fitness level, coordination, stamina and endurance. The exercises become heavier by using different equipment, while an enthusiastic instructor coordinates the training with uplifting music.
