A good work-out is a great start of the week, right?
Our enthusiastic instructors provide various exercise routines for a group of approximately 25 participants. The training focuses on keeping your muscles supple and strong, increasing your fitness levels and general coordination. Of course maintaining your stamina is a goal as well. During the exercise, we often use equipment to increase the workout level by increasing the water’s resistance.
