Arrival and departure

Do I need to bring my own bath towels and kitchen towels?
  • You can always order a set of bath towels (one large and one small towel). This costs € 7.95 per set. 
  • A set of kitchen towels (a tea towel and a towel) can also be ordered at any time. They cost €6.95 per set. 
Do I need to bring my own bed linen?
  • In our own chalets and lodges, you may bring your own bed linen. However, you can also hire bed linen, in which case we will have it ready for you in the chalet or lodge. 
  • You pay € 10.95 per person for bed linen 
  • It is compulsory to book bed linen in a bungalow 
  • You can choose to have your beds made in advance; this costs € 9.95 per bed 
How many cars are allowed on the park?

Camping: 

  • Per reserved camping pitch, you can enter the park with a maximum of 1 car.
  • Any additional cars can be parked in the car park at the park entrance.
  • Day passes are not issued.  

Rentals:   

  • Per rental, you have access to the park with a maximum of 1 car.  
  • Any additional cars can be parked in the car park at the park entrance.  
  • Day passes are not issued. 
  • If you rent an accommodation for 8 people or more, you will receive an additional access card to park another car at your accommodation. 
Is there a highchair in the accommodation?
  • For our own accommodations you can reserve a highchair by telephone 
  • In the accommodations of Landal GreenParks you will find 1 highchair and 1 cot as standard. 
  • For Roan, Eurocamp and Vacansoleil accommodations, please contact the relevant organisation. 
Until what time can I check in?

You can check in at our reception until closing time, this varies from 17:00 to 20:00, see our opening hours. You can drive your car into the park until 23:00. If reception is closed on arrival, you can report to the bar in the catering area or to our porter. They will help you, after which you can settle in. You can then check in the next day. 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Camping:  

  • When you come to camp, you can check in from 13:00 and should be checked out again before 11:00. You can use all facilities on both the arrival and departure day.  

Renting at Landal GreenParks:  

  • For all rental accommodations at Landal, you can check in from 16:00 and must check out by 10:30 at the latest. However, you can use all facilities on both the arrival and departure day.  

Renting from other landlords:  

  • For rentals from De Schatberg, Vacansoleil, Eurocamp and Roan, you can check in from 15:00 and must check out by 10:30 at the latest. You can use all facilities on the day of arrival and departure. 

Facilities

Is there wifi at the park?

There is free wifi at the park. Upon arrival, you will receive a login code to connect to the network. 

What are the costs for renting a bicycle?
  • You can rent a bike per day or per week. A (unisex) adult bicycle can be rented from € 12 per day and from € 48 for a week. For a children's bike, the amounts start from € 8.00 per day and € 32 for a week.  
  • Cycle routes and junction maps are also available at reception.

Payment and invoice

Am I allowed to receive visitors and if so, what should they pay?
  • Day visitors are allowed. Visitors should report to the doorman or, in his absence, to reception to pay the visitor's fee. The visitor fee is: €5 per person and covers the use of the swimming lake. If you want to use the indoor and outdoor pool, the visitor's fee is €7.50 per person. 
What are the costs for a guest?

Guests pay €10.50 per person per night. This includes tourist tax. A guest must always be registered by the main booker. There is also a maximum of 7 guests per pitch. A guest is someone who is not registered for the entire booking period and only stays for one or a few nights. 

What are the payment terms?

The following payment terms apply to new reservations:  

  • The first payment is 50% of the total amount and is due within 2 weeks of making the reservation. 
  • The 2nd instalment, the remaining 50%, must be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date. 
What is the difference between an extra person and a guest?
  • The basic camping rate is for 2 persons. An extra person is someone (a 3rd or subsequent person) staying for the entire period of the reservation. An extra person pays € 5.50 per person per night excluding tourist tax. 
  • A guest is not staying for the entire period of the stay

Where can I make a reservation for the restaurant?

You can call Customer Service to make a reservation. The phone number is 077-4677777, option 1. 

Where can I make reservations for the swimming pool?

There is no need to make reservations for the indoor pool from 26 June 2021. 

Edit and cancellation conditions

What are the cancellation conditions?

Payment is made for cancellation costs resulting from an uncertain event. We apply the Recron conditions, which you can consult here.   

  • For a cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, you have to pay 15% of the total amount; 
  • In case of cancellation between three and two months before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount will be charged; 
  • If cancelled within two to one months before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount to be paid; 
  • If cancelled within one month before the date of arrival, 90% of the total amount to be paid;  
  • If cancelled on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount to be paid.

Pets

Are dogs allowed in the park?

Dogs are allowed in certain designated areas of the park. There is also a dog trimming course, a dog swimming area and a dog washing area. To bring your dog, you pay an overnight fee of €5.85 for the first dog and €7.95 for the second dog. 

Are there accommodations where dogs are allowed?

Yes, there are. Some bungalows rented through Landal GreenParks are pet friendly.
