Step 1
Create an account
Create an account in “My environment” and activate it. You can read how to do this on this page.
Step 2
Fill in the guest list
Select your booking and press “Guest list”. Ensure that the names and dates of birth of all guests have been entered correctly.

Give permission for photographs
In your booking, click on “Face recognition” and then on the green button labelled “Click here to accept”.
Step 4
Give permission for photographs
Please grant the De Schatberg app permission to use the camera.
Step 5
Scan your face
Scan your face so that the swimming pool gate recognises you. Please note: you can only enter one face scan per person. So make sure the scan is clear enough.
Step 6
Repeat for every guest
To ensure that your entire travel group has access to the swimming pool, repeat step 8 for each guest.
